With Cut, With Thread

**Features** ■ The insert is positioned vertically instead of lying horizontally. In machining hard or sticky materials, it is common for vibrations during processing to cause roughness on the flank surface or the generation of burrs. With-Cut has developed a unique shape that places the insert vertically to solve this problem. ■ We are particular about the finishing of the insert. To emphasize cutting performance, the cutting edge is finished with grinding. Many customers are surprised by the sharpness of the cutting edge at exhibitions, but to ensure that it is sharp yet not prone to chipping, we use carefully selected carbide to achieve both sharpness and durability. ■ We also offer internal coolant holders to further improve chip removal. Internal coolant holders have become quite popular recently. They are now quite common for internal diameter tools and grooving tools, but they have not been widely adopted in threading operations.
